Partial COD & Advance Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment Requirement

Customers are required to pay a small advance amount while placing the order. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of delivery through Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Non-Refundable Advance Amount

The advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable in the following cases:

  • Customer cancels the order after confirmation
  • Customer refuses to accept the order at delivery
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer-related reasons

3. Refund Eligibility

Advance payment may only be refunded if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • We are unable to deliver to your location
  • Duplicate payment is made accidentally

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders placed under Partial COD may go through:

  • OTP verification
  • Call confirmation
  • WhatsApp confirmation

Failure to verify the order may lead to cancellation.

5. Fraud Prevention
